Hodapp GmbH invites you to join our team as a technician responsible for installing and commissioning fire door hold-open systems, and for maintaining door and gate systems to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

You will perform independent service work, travel regionally and nationwide with overnight stays, and occasional weekend/night shifts. A vocational training in electronics or mechatronics is required, with a driving license class B/BE preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in electronics or mechatronics or comparable training.
• Driving license class B/BE (BE obtainable via company).
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide with overnight stays.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and nights.

Responsabilités

• Professional installation of fire door hold-open systems and commissioning of fire door hold-open systems, automatic door and gate systems and conveyor system closures.
• Independent maintenance and repair work on the above-mentioned systems.
• Troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness.

In this position, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of fire door hold-open systems, as well as the maintenance and repair of door and gate systems. You will ensure the proper functioning and safety of the systems, thus making a significant contribution to our customer satisfaction.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional installation of fire door hold-open systems and commissioning of fire door hold-open systems, automatic door and gate systems and conveyor system closures
• Independent maintenance and repair work on the above-mentioned systems
• Troubleshooting and troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or in a comparable training
• Professional experience in the door and gate industry is desirable (not mandatory)
• Driving license class B/BE (BE can be obtained through the company)
• Willingness to travel for regional and nationwide assignments with overnight stays
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and nights
