Johnson Controls seeks an experienced industrial refrigeration technician to join our Swiss team, with relocation support from Europe. You will work on commissioning, maintenance and servicing of large NH3 refrigeration plants and HVAC systems.

You will hand over installed systems to customers, provide operational training and necessary documentation, and advise on preventive maintenance and safety regulations. You will participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in Refrigeration Technology, HVAC, Mechatronics or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in commissioning and servicing industrial refrigeration systems.
• Experience with ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Independent, structured, customer-focused working style.
• Valid Category B driver's license; professional English skills; German is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of industrial refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and ammonia (NH₃) refrigeration plants
• Handover of installed systems to customers, including operational training and provision of relevant documentation and accessories
• Advising customers on preventive maintenance measures, safety regulations, and technical improvements
