Northland Power Inc. is seeking a service technician to perform maintenance and repair on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems at offshore wind farms. Your work location will be in Norddeich, northern East Frisia, Germany, with on-site duties aboard offshore assets.

You will support preparatory work, document risk assessments and follow health and safety regulations while collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure reliable operation of turbines and substations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed electrical engineering or mechanical vocational training.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of technical components.
• Flexibility for offshore operations.
• High level of security awareness.
• Good MS Office skills and ERP experience.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).

As a service technician, you will help carry out work of all kinds in various offshore wind farms. Your service location is in northern East Frisia in Norddeich.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out service and maintenance work on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems of the offshore substation and offshore wind turbines

Qualifications and experience

• Completed electrical engineering or mechanical vocational training
• Experience in the field of maintenance and repair of technical components
• Flexibility in connection with offshore operations
• High level of security awareness
• Good MS Office skills and experience in dealing with ERP systems
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work in a team and work under pressure when solving technical problems
• Acting responsibly
• Structured work, flexibility and reliability
• Occupational health suitability for offshore operations desirable
