Tasks
  • Planning and management of ISS/service/TLB contracts (national/international) for the after-sales division
  • Drafting/negotiating ISS/service/TLB contracts in consultation with the project team (PM/TPL/sales, if applicable)
  • Responsibility for compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines
  • Planning and technical management of UAN
  • Interface coordination with national and international companies involved in the project
  • Creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts at home and abroad for military and civilian customers
  • Technical management of integration or service teams in the ISS/service/TLB area
  • Solution-oriented cooperation with development departments, subcontractors, and customers with regard to ISS/service/TLB contracts and the resulting findings
  • Organization of customer training courses
  • Preparation of quotations/collaboration on complex contracts for the preparation of quotations in the areas of training, maintenance, and operation
  • Ensuring all measures relevant to the execution of the respective ISS/service/TLB contract are taken to achieve the company's objectives (specialist departments, UANs, and customers)
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of ISS/service/TLB services
  • Continuously developing ISS/service/TLB services with regard to spare parts, services, and repairs
  • Sustainably maintaining customer contacts from ongoing ISS/service/TLB contracts
  • Acquiring ISS/service/TLB contracts and/or related additional services
Requirements
  • Completed technical bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in the processing of ISS/service/TLB contracts or in the handling of large-scale projects as an integration manager
  • Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts
  • Good SAP/ERP skills
  • Business fluent English and German skills (spoken and written)
  • High level of intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
  • Goal-oriented and independent working style, assertiveness, and confident manner
  • Excellent organizational, team leadership, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
