We assist Legal, Risk, and Compliance in-house departments in their digital transformation towards an agile, strategic enabling function. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tester with extensive experience in establishing and optimizing testing processes, focusing on quality assurance practices.

This role requires a proactive individual passionate about refining processes and improving product quality. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a QA team, communicating effectively, and maintaining a strong quality and service mentality.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Lead the QA team and coordinate manual testers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Manage ongoing quality assurance, including operational and exploratory testing.
• Screen automated test outcomes, create bug reports, and address critical issues promptly.
• Handle 3rd level support, production and UAT bug fixes, and ad hoc inquiries.
• Develop test cases and documentation to support testing efforts.
• Facilitate ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework for end-to-end testing.
• Support feature testing alongside manual testers when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in establishing and optimizing testing processes with a focus on quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual testing, identifying edge cases, and uncovering bugs.
• Experience with testing tools like Jira, QMetry, or similar.
• Familiarity with automated test frameworks, especially ServiceNow ATF.
• Ability to create comprehensive testing documentation.
• Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders and developers on acceptance criteria.
• Effective leadership and mentoring skills for QA teams.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
