This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence, improving service delivery, and ensuring seamless supply chain flow. This position is to be based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and continuously improve logistics and supply chain processes
• Coordinate operations between origin and destination points, ensuring timely and efficient execution
• Lead and develop a small team across logistics, operations, or customer service
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the supply chain

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience in international logistics, shipping, or end‑to‑end supply chain coordination
• Strong operational mindset with a track record in origin‑destination management
• Experience leading small teams in an operations or logistics environment
• Exposure to commodities, FMCG, or retail supply chains preferred
• Comfortable working cross-border, specifically Africa Origin Destinations with stakeholders across diverse geographies.
