A leading E-mobility company in Germany is seeking a Service Key Account Manager to take ownership of service excellence for global key accounts. You will be responsible for leading service-related interactions and performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing account service revenues. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, over 4 years of relevant experience, and exceptional analytical and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and German is required.
