Zusammenfassung

FläktGroup UK is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer for field-based work in Worcestershire. You’ll attend client sites to deliver expert technical support, perform PPMs, repairs, refurbishments, and commissioning of HVAC plant, and join a regional rota for 4-hour SLA responses.

The role requires F‑Gas qualification, UK driving licence, and strong IT skills. You will mentor apprentices and help maintain compliance, with DBS and other clearances as needed.

Qualifikationen

• City & Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• F‑Gas Qualification (C&G 2079-11)
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no pending cases)
• Extensive A/C service experience, including VRV, VRF, chillers, splits & close control systems.
• Strong fault‑finding ability and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence working independently with solid IT knowledge (Excel, Word, email, databases).
• The postholder will be required to complete security checks, DBS, and other clearances as necessary.
• PASMA / MEWP certification.
• Geographic familiarity with your region.
• Manual handling and Safe Pass training.
