Alloy Enterprises is seeking a Product Manager, EMEA, HVAC Service to lead innovation, development, and management of service products across the EMEA region. You will operationalize global service platforms and build region-specific offerings using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) design process, collaborating with the Global Service Product Management organization.

You will own KPIs, drive P&L performance, launch NSIs, and represent regional voice to the global team.

• Proven expertise in the HVAC Service domain, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing new capabilities to market.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% of the time.

What will you do

The Product Manager, EMEA, HVAC Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the HVAC domain in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region-specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process. This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the EMEA domain and leadership teams.

• Owns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolio

• Operationalizes service platforms from global team

• Builds and launches region‑specific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standards

• Serves as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)

• Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events

• Represents regional field and customer voice to global team

Success Measures

• Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion

• Delivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)

• Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio

• Increases premium (full coverage) service mix

• Drives growth in connected assets
