Overview

As Service Delivery & Data Analytics Manager Europe, you’ll be a key driver of our business growth by transforming how we deliver logistics experiences to our consumers. You’ll lead the optimisation of service delivery through data, owning everything from operational reporting to performance visibility, while working cross-functionally across teams in Europe and globally. You’ll manage and develop a small in-house data analytics team, ensuring our organisation can make truly data-driven decisions. Your focus will be on building real-time, end-to-end performance reporting that gives our teams the insights they need to deliver exceptional service efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Reporting to VP, Distribution & Logistics - Europe, you'll challenge the status quo and push for smarter, faster, and more impactful ways of working. From identifying delays and inventory bottlenecks to recommending system and process improvements, you’ll be a driving force in improving our delivery performance and enhancing key metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Performance Reporting: Oversee and enhance reporting for warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel operations across Europe.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, implement, and evolve a comprehensive reporting strategy to ensure we make timely, informed decisions.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with global technology and product management teams to implement enhancements to our reporting systems and tools.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Manage the integrity of data used across our Distribution & Logistics (D&L) function.
  • KPI Ownership: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain and service performance (e.g., OTIF, delivery accuracy, returns).
  • Support European Projects: Play a crucial role in major distribution center transformations and the roll-out of new marketplaces and countries.
  • Drive Automation: Lead efforts to automate reporting processes and create self-service tools that empower internal teams.
  • Shape Future Reporting: Contribute to the migration to a new data warehouse and reporting platform while driving the transition toward an exception-based management model.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, provide insights, and implement process improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.
  • Data Expertise: Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and Excel. Experience with SAP (preferably FMS) in order-to-cash is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of how to leverage data to drive business impact, with the ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.
  • Problem-Solver: You approach challenges strategically and find innovative solutions to improve processes and systems.
  • Leadership: A proven track record of managing teams, influencing cross-functional partners, and driving collaboration at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Passionate about automation, data visualisation, and building a data-driven culture.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel across Europe when needed to engage with stakeholders at partner warehouses.
