A global health technology company is seeking a Service Business Leader for its Ultrasound division in Europe. This role focuses on optimizing service delivery, driving sales growth, and collaborating with various European sales teams. Candidates should have advanced skills in data analysis, budget management, and stakeholder communication. The position requires office presence at least 3 days per week at any European location, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
This role is responsible for aligning service portfolio strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that services support business growth and customer needs. The role develops and implements service delivery readiness plans, oversees financial and operational performance, and fosters continuous service improvement. The role ensures regulatory compliance, drives market capabilities, and maintains a strategic services plan to position the business for long‑term success.
This role is an office based role and can be based from any Philips location in Europe.
