YOUR MISSION

• Own the data pipeline for Commercial Operations translate openended business questions into clean datasets intuitive dashboards and concrete recommendations.
• Build& scale automated reporting design selfservice Tableau and Excel dashboards that refresh automatically and stay performant as volumes grow.
• Validate and improve data quality proactively hunt down anomalies trace them to source systems and partner with Data Engineers Process Owners and Ops leads to close the gaps.
• Drive stakeholder alignment facilitate discovery workshops prioritisation sessions and retrospectives ensuring every project has a clear why measurable success criteria and agreed next steps.
• Tell stories that move people distill complex analyses into crisp narratives and visualisations that enable decisionmakers to act quickly.
• Champion experimentation & critical thinking pressuretest assumptions compare alternative approaches and constructively challenge pet projects that dont serve the bigger picture.

YOUR PROFILE

• 46years in data analytics BI or data science roles supporting Sales Growth Revenue Operations or similar domains.
• Mastery of SQL and comfortable scripting in Python (pandas dbt Airflow etc.).
• Fluency with Google Sheets / Excel and working with modern BI stacks (Eg. Looker or Tableau)
• A track record of owning crossfunctional projects : from requirements gathering to stakeholder signoff and postlaunch retros.
• Natural storytelling & stakeholdermanagement skills you switch effortlessly between technical deepdives with engineers and toplevel insights for Clevel execs.
• Problemsolving mindset : you enjoy exploring options in ambiguity asking sharp questions and pushing for sowhat before diving into the weeds.
• Business acumen : you see how each request fits (or doesnt fit) into company objectives and arent afraid to challenge priorities.
