Gal Digital GmbH is seeking a Senior Web Developer to drive architecture for innovative websites and complex web apps. You will collaborate with project managers and designers, mentor the team, and manage projects end-to-end from conception to live deployment.

You will champion modern coding standards, perform code reviews, and explore new technologies to keep the team at the cutting edge, while contributing to an energized, collaborative culture in a flexible work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Expert in PHP, HTML and CSS.
• Front-end framework experience (React or Vue).
• German language skills at least B2 level.

YOUR TASKS.

• Working alongside project managers, concept developers, and designers, you will assume technical responsibility and architecture for innovative websites and complex web applications.
• As a mentor and experienced expert, you will share your knowledge, conduct code reviews, and thus advance the entire team's expertise.
• You will manage challenging projects from conception to go-live, ensuring that our technical solutions are not only creative, but also performant and sustainable.
• You will identify which new technologies will truly advance our team and drive their implementation with foresight.

THAT'S YOU.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience and are an expert in PHP, HTML, CSS, and at least one front-end framework (such as React or Vue).
• You are confident in the world of CMS and shop systems.
• You are not only communicative, but also a team player and coach who enjoys taking on responsibility and driving and managing projects independently.
• A well-thought-out architecture, the application of contemporary coding standards, and good documentation are second nature to you. Confident use of Git and ticketing systems are part of your toolkit.
• You are interested in the latest technologies and passionate about professional development to always stay up to date.
• You have German language skills at least at the B2 level.
