DIE NEUDENKER in Darmstadt is looking for a Full-stack Developer (f/m/d) to create innovative website solutions. You will work on developing and maintaining complex custom WordPress plugins and customer solutions, and collaborate closely with a friendly team to ensure the highest coding quality.

The position offers flexible working hours and the possibility for remote work in the future. Experience with modern DevOps processes and a bachelor's degree or vocational training are required. Outstanding German skills (C1 or higher) are essential.

• A permanent position with flexible working hours
• Full-time (at least 4 days a week)
• A friendly team, working at eye level
• Work on-site at the agency in Darmstadt-Bessungen (next to the Orangerie). Remote work may also be possible later, subject to agreement.
• Further development and new development of our own DIE NEUDENKER® WordPress plugins (PHP, JS, SCSS)
• Development of individual customer solutions (backend and frontend)
• Implementation of new websites in the highly individualized DIE NEUDENKER® NEO plugin
• Support and maintenance of existing projects as well as continuous further development of in-house Dev-Ops
• Support in preparing proposals and making strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with our designers to optimize UX/UI design guidelines and ensure they are implemented consistently.
• You already have experience in the development of complex WordPress plugins or comparable frameworks that you are proud of
• You are familiar with modern DevOps processes and terms such as Git, containerization and deployment
• You place a high value on coding quality, understand architectural patterns, and have excellent analytical skills
• You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree or vocational training
• Reliability, a willingness to learn, and excellent written and spoken German skills (language proficiency level: C1 or higher)
