Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT oder Informationssicherheit.
• Vertraut mit ISO 27001, BSI oder TISAX.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu kommunizieren und Prozesse zu dokumentieren.
• Erfahrung mit externen Dienstleistern und Auditunterstützung.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für das ISMS, Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, ISO, DPO.
• Policies, Prozesse, Risikoanalysen erstellen und Audits unterstützen.
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zum externen IT-Partner, Berechtigungs- und Lizenzmanagement.
• Prozesse identifizieren, standardisieren und IT-Strategie mitgestalten.

YOUR TASKS.

• In close collaboration with management, the ISO, and the DPO, you will assume central responsibility for our Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will consolidate and manage all security-related tasks and continuously advance our security strategy.
• You ensure that information security is actively practiced by creating policies, processes, and risk analyses, and by supporting audits (e.g., according to ISO 27001). Through targeted awareness measures, you will anchor security consciousness throughout the entire team.
• As the central interface between technology and management, you will manage our external IT partner. You will be responsible for essential IT processes such as authorization and license management and ensure smooth, secure IT operations.
• You will identify where we can optimize, standardize, and automate our processes. With foresight and pragmatism, you will actively shape our long‑term IT and security strategy.

THIS IS YOU.

• You have several years of professional experience in IT or information security and are familiar with common standards such as ISO 27001, BSI, or TISAX.
• You are not only a strong communicator but also an organizational talent who can convey complex topics in an understandable way.
• You enjoy taking responsibility, work in a structured manner, and manage external service providers confidently and with a clear focus on goals.
• Establishing clear processes and reliable documentation are second nature to you. You are skilled in translating regulatory requirements into practical and efficient solutions.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the agency or service industry as well as with modern cloud and SaaS environments. You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
