Your role :

• As a Senior Web Analyst (m / f / d) you will develop and implement a long-term roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics Looker and Looker Studio into our organization
• Through targeted analyses you derive meaningful insights that enable recommendations for action for product development marketing and management
• You are responsible for the introduction and use of Optimizely design and manage A / B tests and derive concrete measures based on the results in order to sustainably improve the conversion rate and user experience
• You ensure high data quality develop automatic reports establish performance KPIs and make the influence of analytics on business decisions measurable
• You communicate complex issues in an understandable way support internal teams in the use of analytics tools and thus promote a data-oriented culture throughout the company

Your profile :

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics business administration statistics marketing or a comparable background
• Several years of experience with Google Analytics (incl. GA4) tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager) as well as Looker and Looker Studio
• In-depth understanding of data analysis web analytics A / B testing and conversion optimization and confidence in using tools such as Optimizely
• Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate these into concrete measures
• Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
