AUTO1 Group in Berlin is seeking a Senior Visual Creative to shape how millions experience wirkaufendeauto.de and Autohero across Europe. You’ll be a hands-on creative thinker turning brand strategy into bold advertising ideas and bringing them to life across TV, OOH, social ads and display animations.

Based in Berlin, you’ll join the Brand Marketing team and report to the Director Brand Marketing. You’ll combine creative ambition with operational excellence, using AI to scale high-quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative concept development, art direction and design with a strong portfolio.
• Translate brand positioning and insights into clear concepts and visuals.
• Hands-on across formats: TV, OOH, social ads, display.
• Balance creative ambition with operational excellence and efficient processes.
• Inspire teams: communicate clearly and collaborate with copywriters.
• Embrace AI to improve speed, consistency, and quality of creatives.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.

We are looking for a hands-on creative thinker who can turn brand strategy into bold advertising ideas and bring them to life across every customer touchpoint — from TV and OOH to social ads and display animations.

Based in Berlin, you will join our Brand Marketing team and report directly to our Director Brand Marketing. You will combine creative ambition with operational excellence, using people and AI to scale high-quality, brand-consistent campaigns across our eight markets.

Job Description

• Develop big creative ideas: translate brand strategy and customer insights into high-impact advertising concepts together with our copywriting team
• Turn concepts into outstanding visuals:take ownership of art direction and design, bringing ideas to life through hands-on creative execution
• Shape the entire customer journey: develop everything from TV commercial ideas and set designs to social ads, display animations and OOH, working closely with our copywriters
• Scale creative execution across Europe:translate campaign concepts into effective, brand-consistent assets across channels and our eight markets
• Put AI to work:drive the development and rollout of custom AI tools and workflows that help the business generate high-quality, brand-compliant creatives efficiently
• Raise the bar for creative operations:prioritize projects, improve workflows and increase the team’s creative impact and speed without compromising quality

Qualifications

• You have a strong creative track record:5+ years of experience in creative concept development, art direction and design for consumer-facing brands or creative agencies, with a portfolio of high-impact advertising campaigns
• You turn strategy into compelling creative work:you translate brand positioning and customer insights into clear concepts and distinctive visual execution
• You are hands-on across formats:you are comfortable developing ideas and delivering visuals across brand and performance marketing touchpoints
• You combine creative ambition with operational excellence:you make decisions, prioritize competing projects and improve processes to deliver consistently strong work
• You can inspire and challenge others:you communicate ideas clearly, collaborate closely with copywriters and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• You embrace AI as part of the creative process:you are motivated to build and scale tools and workflows that improve creative quality, consistency and speed.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German or another European language is a plus
