Google is seeking an Interaction Designer in Germany (Munich) to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions of users. You will create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to evolve our design language.

Role emphasizes user-centered methods, crafting industry-leading experiences from concept to execution, and partnering with design teams to produce beautiful, innovative products across desktop and mobile.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

• Define and lead end-to-end UX strategy for complex or emerging products, resolving ambiguity and solving difficult problems.
• Partner cross-functionally from inception to launch, driving alignment, goals, and timelines across workstreams.
• Create high‑craft deliverables and intuitive layouts for desktop and mobile, applying advanced branding and usability principles.
• Advocate product strategy using data-driven storytelling, rationalizing design decisions and advocating UX excellence.
• Develop scalable design systems and guidelines, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and explore product opportunities.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Master's degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €112000 - €114000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
