  • Plan, track, and coordinate the scope, milestones, and budget for a diverse portfolio of quantum projects, in alignment with the frontrunner teams.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all quantum project activities, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between the central Quantum team, LoB development teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and consolidate project reporting to provide full transparency for senior management, including preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Strong experience in creating and managing reporting for senior management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise updates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across different Lines of Business, locations, and hierarchies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • A highly professional, proactive, and structured working style.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the forefront of an emerging technology.
