Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a skilled technician for maintenance and upgrades in a clean room environment in Dresden. The role focuses on localization, repair, and conversion of equipment, with emphasis on preventive actions and safety compliance.

You will monitor equipment, participate in shift trainings, and work in a 2-shift model. German language fluency and good English are required, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Skilled worker degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics or comparable.
• Very good German; good English.

Responsibilities

• Independent localization and repair of equipment failures on electrical, electronic and mechanical components.
• Implement preventive actions per maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Convert existing equipment and install new equipment.
• Perform equipment monitoring.
• Provide training for shift personnel.
• Identify cost reduction potentials.
• Document work carefully and transparently.

• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift model) and work in a clean room
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
