Honeywell Building Automation is seeking an Experienced Customer Training Professional to deliver technical product training on SBC, Centraline and Niagara Building Management Systems across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Northern Europe.
You will set up quarterly trainings, coordinate with engineering, sales and support, test new releases, and keep attendee records in the MYHBU LMS. German and English language fluency are mandatory, with 5+ years in BMS training or related roles.

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Training Professional who will provide technical product training to employees, partners, distributors, and end users on:
Saia Burgess Controls (SBC) – Building Management Systems (BMS)
Centraline – Building Management Systems (BMS)
Niagara – Building Management Systems (BMS)
Set up and conduct structured trainings on a quarterly cycle, to be carried out within the assigned region.
Ensure that regular training updates are carried out in conjunction with engineering & offering management.
Liaise with sales, offering and technical support to ensure that training demands are addressed appropriately, promptly and that up-to-date information is passed to attendees.
Verify and test new products/software releases prior to release and ensure that all training programs are updated to reflect the latest product lines.
Keep in contact with key customers through sales to ascertain their training needs, review training requirements and make sure that they are fully conversant with the company’s latest products that are relevant to them.
Keep records of all trained participants along with up-to-date contact details that can be used on tech calls and bulletins etc. using the MYHBU LMS platform.
Attend the relevant train the trainer programmes with the associated resources
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:
Scope: Germany/Switzerland/Austria & Northern Europe
Travel Requirement – 20% of the time
German and English fluency mandatory
Technical Diploma or in lieu of a diploma, 5 or more years of relevant experience.
5 years working experience as a trainer, technical support engineer or technician in Building Management Systems (BMS)
5+ Years’ experience in the Installation / Configuration / Programming of Building Management Systems (BMS)
