Job Description

• Manage strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams in the payments area
• Evaluate and translate business requirements to ensure technically sound and efficient solutions
• Work closely with other teams to coordinate partner integrations and applications, ensuring the successful implementation of required adjustments and the creation of state‑of‑the‑art solutions
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Support day‑to‑day operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams
• Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business informatics or a related field
• 2‑5 years of experience in (agile) IT project management and business analysis within a tech‑driven environment
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at various levels
• Strong analytical skills, fast comprehension, and an organized, hands‑on approach
• Proactive mindset, solution‑oriented thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
• Experience in designing process flows is a plus
• Knowledge of the payments, fintech, or e‑commerce sectors is beneficial
• Familiarity with change management, such as introducing new processes or supporting organizational change, is an advantage
