UTA Edenred in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt is seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager for a full-time role. You will plan, drive, and oversee technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and report progress, working with the Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications. Fluency in German and English is required, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field.
• 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in dynamic international environments and process optimization.
• Solid knowledge of PM frameworks and tools (PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum) and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and drive data-driven solutions; post-project evaluations.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+).

• Planning, execution, and oversight of technology projects across UTA Edenred, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Development of detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets
• Collaboration with Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications to successfully deliver technology initiatives
• Management of project communication, serving as the main point of contact for updates, issues, and progress reporting
• Analysis and evaluation of projects upon completion, including process reviews and identification of areas for improvement
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field
• 3-5 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of leading software development or IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
• Experience working in dynamic international environments and expertise in process optimization
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes and develop practical, data‑driven solutions; experienced in post‑project evaluations and driving continuous improvement
• Fluent in German and English (C1 or higher); additional language skills are considered an advantage
