Jobbeschreibung

Short Facts

We’re a fast-growing Special Projects team at Entrix working independently on a new platform. We’re building a product that connects to distributed energy systems and enables real-time asset management and market participation. We ship quickly, operate what we build, and care deeply about doing things right: from the first onboarding step to live market participation.
Unlike a traditional ops team, we don't inherit processes - we create them. If you want to set the standard rather than follow one, this is your place.

  • Location: Munich, Germany

  • Working Mode: Office-first setup

  • Type: Full-time, permanent

  • Language: At least C1 Level proficiency in English and German

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the full journey of bringing new assets onto our platform - from initial setup and technical coordination with customers and partners, to market registration and first live dispatch, through to the coordination of live trading and long-term operations.

  • Ensure assets, partners, and internal systems are set up to participate in the right markets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Entrix ecosystem to shape the platform direction.

  • Lead structured root cause analysis with Product, Tech, and partners - and you drive fixes that stick.

  • Identify recurring friction (manual steps, data gaps, unclear ownership), improve it, and write playbooks that make us faster and more resilient.

  • Be the primary point of contact for TSOs, DSOs, and other external partners throughout the asset lifecycle. You manage registration and pre-qualification processes, coordinate end-to-end execution, and ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables across all parties.

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Management & Technology, Business Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field - what matters most is that you're comfortable at the intersection of technical systems and operational processes.

  • 2–5 years of experience in energy/trading operations, technical support, asset operations, or a related field.

  • Comfortable working with dashboards and monitoring tools to identify anomalies in real time.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

  • Highly customer-focused with a proactive mindset to identify and create value for customers.

  • Motivation to quickly learn how energy assets behave, how grids work, and how energy trading mechanisms function.

  • Ownership mindset: you drive from “idea” to “shipped” and care about what happens after deploy.

  • At least C1 Level proficiency in English and German.

Skills to Set You Apart

  • You take assets from first contact to live market participation, keep your pipeline status visible at all times, and turn recurring manual steps into documented processes or, ideally, automated ones.

  • Partners and customers trust you to deliver what you commit to - and to flag issues early.

  • You make trade-offs visible - speed vs. compliance, scope vs. timeline - and drive decisions rather than expand them.

  • You are familiar with energy market operations, trading platforms, or critical infrastructure environments.

This Role may not be a fit for you If...

  • You prefer routine over dynamic work environments.

  • You are uncomfortable working across teams in a dynamic environment.

  • You are not interested in learning about technical systems and operational topics.

We are committed to diversity - of backgrounds and experiences. You don’t need 100% of the preferred qualifications to add incredible value to our team. If you’re passionate about what you could accomplish here, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation Package: Including salary, benefits and options.

  • Professional Development: Annual development budget of 3,000 € for coachings, trainings, books, etc.

  • Health & Sport Subsidy: Company subsidized sports facilities membership orPublic Transportation Subsidy: Monthly subsidy to your public transport ticket.

  • Lunch/Dinner Allowance Vouchers: Allowance for meals on working days as digital meal vouchers.

  • Work Equipment: Mac Book or Windows Laptop and ergonomic workplace.

  • Regular Team Events: Knowledge Sessions, Afterwork, Sports, Offsites, Halloween, Pride Month, etc.

  • Exclusive merch you’ll love.

A Short Note from Your Future Lead

Hi, I'm Kaj, and I run the operations of this project.

Honest disclosure first: I didn't come from the energy industry. My background is data and operations and I've become convinced that this combination is the actual backbone of success in any industry, energy included. The domain knowledge you can learn. What's hard to find is people who can run complex operations and refuse to accept that things have to stay manual. That's what we're building here: an operating system for our team that produces high-quality outcomes no matter who is operating. If a task gets done twice, we ask why it isn't a process. If it gets done ten times, we ask why it isn't automated.

So if you like owning messy, complex projects, but get genuinely annoyed by repeatable work (annoyed enough to kill it) we should talk.

Looking forward to meeting you!
