• 10+ years of hardware engineering or related technical leadership experience.

• Provide technical leadership in Mobileye Robotaxi initiatives and move the organization toward industrialization of Mobileye L4 platforms.
• Serve as a key technical authority for hardware architecture, system-level thinking, and cross-domain technical alignment.
• Shape the technical direction by contributing to long-term strategy, identifying risks, and influencing architectural decisions.
• Lead critical investigations and technical deep-dives, bringing clarity, structure, and solid judgment to complex topics.
• Guide and challenge internal and external stakeholders with confidence, ensuring ownership boundaries and responsibilities are clear.
• Own and drive HW engineering work packages with exceptional technical rigor and high-quality execution even under resource constraints.
• Support the development of robust industrialization flows and AI-based implementations to improve execution and efficiency.
• Mentor team members and support transitions into management roles to strengthen team capability.
• Act as a trusted partner across Mobileye, building alignment and collaboration with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

In this role, you will combine deep HW expertise, strong architectural judgment, and broad organizational influence to shape critical technical directions, strengthen engineering excellence, and support the growth of the team and Mobileeye products.

You will play a central role in ensuring HW excellence, leading complex technical topics with high standards, and acting as a trusted focal point for strategic discussions across the group and the wider Mobileye ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can operate at both the detailed engineering level and the broader system and organizational level, while also driving practical innovation in areas such as AI-enabled workflows and robust industrialization.

All you need is:
