Job Description
Lead requirements discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery readiness for end-to-end Remote Gaming Server (RGS) integration projects.
This role is responsible for: ensuring that customer, regulatory, business, and technical requirements are translated into clear, traceable, and testable deliverables that support successful implementation across regulated iLottery and gaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution analysis.
- Produce BRDs, FRDs, integration requirements, business rules, process flows, and traceability documentation.
- Create and maintain Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and document integrations between RGS, PAM/Wallet, ODE, Game Studio, Reporting, and third-party systems.
- Support project delivery through discovery, development, testing, UAT/CAT, release readiness, and go-live activities.
- Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Implementation, Finance, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage requirements traceability, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end testing, issue triage, and release readiness activities. Required Qualifications.

Requirements
- 5+ years Business Analyst supporting complex enterprise platforms or system integrations.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability and Agile delivery.
- Work with APIs, JSON payloads, Swagger/OpenAPI and system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven or audit-heavy environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in iLottery, Lottery, iGaming, Sports Betting, Payments, FinTech or similar regulated industries.
- Knowledge of RGS platforms, PAM/Wallet integrations, ODE, jackpots, promotions, reporting, reconciliation.
- Experience with multi-market or multi-jurisdiction implementations.
- SQL knowledge, SAFe, IREB/CPRE or regulator-facing project experience.
- Ability to read API docs, Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON payloads, sequence diagrams and request/response examples functionally.
- Understanding of end-to-end system and transaction flows, integration dependencies, system boundaries and data movement.
- Working knowledge of authentication: tokens, endpoints, credentials, environment configuration and release environments.
- Translate technical constraints into business impacts, requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
