Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Technical Architect in Germany to lead Salesforce architecture engagements within our Professional Services practice. You will translate business needs into enterprise-grade Salesforce designs grounded in real processes across Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, or Financial Services.

You will act as a strategic technical advisor, using AI-first methods and Agentforce, guiding implementation teams, and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical / enterprise architecture experience.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing/Automotive, Financial Services, or High-Tech & Digital Services.
• Fluency in German and English for regional customers.
• Willingness to travel on-site when required.

The Experience

This Senior Technical Architect role is part of the Professional Services organization in Germany, where we focus on delivering Salesforce's world-class product and project offerings to ensure customers are getting the most out of the Salesforce Platform, fast.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to grow our technical advisory and agentic-first services; in this role, you will:

• Be the strategic technical advisor for Salesforce well-architected solutions to our customers in the region
• Ground technical design of customer solutions in real processes and specific context for at least one of the following industries: Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing/Automotive, Financial Services, or High-Tech & Digital Services
• Besides engaging with customers, you will engage in strategic internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice, serving as an active contributor to the community's overall knowledge base and expertise
• You work with AI tools and Agentforce throughout delivery, so your time goes to architecture decisions and customer conversations.

This role is based in Germany and is flexible in working from home, office or customer sites. Travel to customer sites is expected when needed.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Architect enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions - Design and review end-to-end Salesforce solutions. Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that are enterprise-grade, agentic, and grounded in your industry expertise.
• Lead as a trusted advisor - own architectural decisions and technical design, apply and enforce best practices along the project implementation, guide implementation teams, and own technical risks through to resolution with initiative and ownership.
• Present, defend and refine well-architected solution designs with credibility to engineers, project/program managers, enterprise architects, up to C-level executives.
• Leverage AI-first delivery - advocate and use AI tools and methodologies across the full delivery lifecycle for your own deliverables, and guide customers and teams on agentic and AI‑first solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• You have proven experience designing and architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with 8+ years in technical / enterprise architecture
• You bring domain knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, Manufacturing/Automotive, Financial Services, or High-Tech & Digital Services
• You bring strong technical architecture skills and fluency in using AI tools and processes across the scoping, design and implementation lifecycle
• You are fluent in German and English, which is essential for our customers in the region, and you are willing to travel on-site when customers need it

• You have Salesforce technical certifications including Agentforce related certification and the Legend badge, and you are already using the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework
• You show a solid track record of building C-level relationships and mentoring technical teams
