Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Architect Technical Consulting to lead the technical design for Enterprise AI and security-focused customer programs in the DACH region. You will own architecture, drive AI transformation, and work closely with CTOs and CISOs to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ownership, and business fluency in German, with the opportunity to shape Salesforce projects at the highest level in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise architecture experience for AI/CRM platforms.
• Experience partnering with CTOs and CISOs at large customers.
• German business fluency is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions across Data 360, Agentforce/AIForce and Enterprise Security.
• Partner as a peer at CTO level with customer CISOs and CTOs.
• Drive the AI transformation and set governance guardrails for safe autonomous agents.
