They are a specialty chemicals organization spans various categories viz. pigments, resins, adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals. To strengthen their operational excellence, they are seeking an Expert in High Performance Pigments (Violet, Quinacridone, and Azo) for a strategic advisory role.

This role can be based anywhere in the world and are available for remote part‑time consulting/advisory assignments with visits to India every 3 months.

Tasks

• Provide specialized technical expertise in pigments. This role is responsible for consulting to enable improve efficiency, yield, and process reliability.
• Support technical teams with best practices in operations, quality, and scale‑up. Guide troubleshooting, process optimisation, and innovation opportunities.

Profile

• Background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering.
• Leaders with senior leadership experience in Operations / Manufacturing at global companies with deep technical expertise in pigment chemistry and production processes.
• Could be based anywhere in the world and available for remote part‑time consulting/advisory assignments with visits to India every 3 months.
• Fluent in English.
