Our client is a publicly listed large Global Indian conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai. They are a specialty chemicals organization spanning various categories viz. pigments, resins, adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals. The company has always invested in R&D and innovation, and has dedicated research centres & manufacturing facilities in India.

To strengthen their operational excellence, they are seeking an Expert in High Performance Pigments (Violet, Quinacridone, and Azo) for a strategic advisory role. The role can be based anywhere in the world and is available for remote part‑time consulting/advisory assignments with visits to India every 3 months.

Tasks

• Provide specialized technical expertise in pigments to enable improvements in efficiency, yield, and process reliability.
• Support technical teams with best practices in operations, quality, and scale‑up.
• Guide troubleshooting, process optimisation, and innovation opportunities.

Profile

• Background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Senior leadership experience in Operations/Manufacturing at global companies with deep technical expertise in pigment chemistry and production processes.
• Fluent in English.
