Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Guardicore Segmentation to serve strategic enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding them in implementing and optimizing Zero Trust segmentation, ensuring maximum value of the platform and a strengthened security posture.

As a Senior TAM, you will own the technical relationship, drive customer success and adoption, deliver strategic value, demonstrate expertise, and contribute to growth

Qualifikationen

• Have relevant experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar).
• Have solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, segmentation).
• Have experience with cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection).
• Have hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments.
• Have solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience working with large enterprise customers in EMEA and be fluent in English and German.
