Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (x,f,m) – Berlin, Germany


At DKB Code Factory, we know that building the right team is essential to our success. As our new Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive the expansion of our tech team, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while contributing to sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities


  • Successfully fill at least 10 tech positions within the first 6 months and a total of 25 hires within 12 months.

  • Reduce the average time-to-hire for tech roles to 28 days or less within 12 months.

  • Build and maintain an active talent pool of at least 100 qualified tech candidates over your responsible roles within 6 months.

  • Consistently achieve at least 2 qualified hires per month while maintaining candidate satisfaction rates above 85%.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers through 1:1 meetings to define clear role profiles and develop tailored recruiting strategies within two weeks of job approval.

  • Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess both technical and behavioral competencies, ensuring consistent evaluation standards across all candidates.



Qualifications


  • You have a graduate-level university degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, Humanities or Social Studies.

  • You have proven experience recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have strong proficiency in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline management.

  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English.

  • You demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain time-to-hire targets.

  • You have empathy and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment improvements.

  • You are flexible in working with multiple HR and recruitment tools (Our stack: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR and many more).

  • You are passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
