What you’ll be doing
  • Build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines for roles across all business areas and regions, with a focus on global GTM and European Product roles
  • Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy by using a mix of AI-assisted tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, hireEZ) and outbound tailored to each candidate segment
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify profile requirements, understand team needs, and calibrate candidate profiles
  • Engage with relevant talent communities online as well as directly at live events and networking sessions; follow up with targeted outreach and CRM campaigns
  • Build and manage talent pools in our sourcing CRM platform, leveraging AI-based segmentation and long-term engagement strategies
  • Use structured data and reporting to track sourcing KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and iterate on strategies
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to align messaging, content creation and share insights on audience engagement
  • Regularly attend and represent Staffbase at in-person job fairs, industry conferences and hiring events in Saxony and Berlin
What you need to be successful
  • 5+ years of experience in a talent sourcing function, ideally both agency and inhouse
  • Additional full cycle recruitment experience is a plus
  • Talent Sourcing experience on international markets
  • Work experience in a fast scaling and dynamic tech environment
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and talent market research
  • Hands-on experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, SeekOut) and CRM platforms (e.g. Avature, Beamery)
  • Proven experience attending job fairs and/or representing companies at in-person hiring events
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to support sourcing, engagement, and talent analysis and excitement for staying ahead of new AI trends in talent attraction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging talent in person and online
  • Data-oriented mindset, building and using tracking metrics independently to manage stakeholders and optimize outreach strategies
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (both C1+ level)
  • Flexibility to regular travel, mainly in the area of Saxony/Berlin for events, life comms sourcing and other occasions
