Cast AI is a cloud-native automation platform with a fast-growing SaaS footprint. We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner to hire great people across Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing for international teams.

You will partner with leaders, own end-to-end recruitment, and leverage AI-powered sourcing to attract diverse talent across EMEA, AMER and APAC. This role offers a remote-first, globally collaborative environment and equity options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech startup.
• Proven track record hiring for technical and GTM roles on international scale across EMEA, AMER, APAC.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar).
• Familiar with AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Tech and GTM to translate needs into recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from briefing to offer.
• Leverage diverse sourcing techniques and AI tools to attract talent globally.
• Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and candidate experience.
• Help build scalable hiring processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

About the role

At Cast AI, our People team plays a key role in our success. We’re a small, high-performing team working in a fast-growing SaaS company across multiple regions. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire great people and build strong teams. You’ll work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to support our growth.

Requirements:

• Based in Europe, with 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up environment.
• Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to push back and influence where needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from job briefing to offer stage.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions, to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our recruitment approach sharp and competitive.
