Senior System Safety Engineer (all genders)

Responsibilities include:
- Independently perform all Aircraft / System-level Safety analyses.
- Take technical responsibility for system-level safety analyses across the Safety V cycle.
- Align with the Systems Design and Installation team on safety requirements.
- Identify safety certification gaps/issues proactively and work towards resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers to achieve target safety levels.
- Perform Common Cause Analyses (CCA), including PRA and ZSA.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in major OEMs with Part 23 and Part 25 aircraft programs.
- Experience in FHA, SSA, FMEA, Reliability Prediction, and PRA assessments.
- Hands-on experience with safety tools like Reliability Workbench, CAFTA, or equivalent FTA software.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAE ARP4754A and ARP4761 standards.
