As a Senior System Administrator at home24, you take ownership of our server and cloud infrastructure while driving structured IT projects, operational organization, and business continuity. In this hands‑on senior role, you combine deep system administration expertise with strong organizational skills to build resilient backup architectures, maintain disaster recovery readiness, and execute key infrastructure projects that support overall business operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Server Landscape Management: Maintain, operate, and optimize hybrid server environments across both Windows and Linux platforms for continuous stability and performance.
• Domain & Identity Services: Administer and optimize core directory and authentication services.
• Cloud & Virtualization: Manage and scale AWS cloud infrastructure alongside virtualization platforms.
• Security & Incident Response: Maintain endpoint security standards, manage patch cycles, monitor performance metrics, and handle technical incident resolution.
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Design, implement, and continuously test robust backup and recovery strategies, high-availability solutions, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard corporate data.
• IT Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute technical infrastructure projects from initial scope to final rollout, ensuring deliverables meet deadline and quality standards.

Your Profile

You are a solution-oriented expert who thrives in a collaborative environment:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional education.
• Multi‑year track record in server administration across both Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows domain infrastructure and identity management (Active Directory, LDAP, IAM, SSO).
• Hands‑on experience with business continuity planning, enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery testing, and system restoration processes.
• Practical background in IT project management and operational workflow organization.
• Solid technical expertise with AWS cloud services and virtualization environments (Hyper‑V, Azure Stack HCI).
• Exceptionally structured, process‑driven, and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
