home24 SE in Berlin is seeking a Process & BI Manager (m/f/d) for Inventory Management to drive AI-powered process improvements and build robust BI solutions. You will collaborate with analytics teams, translate business needs into scalable automations, and own data-driven decision support across the inventory function.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in analytics or process improvement, strong SQL and Tableau skills, and familiarity with AI tools.

• Experience designing and building automated workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Advanced SQL skills coupled with data visualization in Tableau.
• Understanding of modern AI tools and automation; Python knowledge welcomed.

Your responsibilities

• Drive an AI-first mindset across the Inventory Management team as our AI Champion, evaluating emerging technologies and fostering the adoption of intelligent automation
• You work side-by-side with team members ("shadowing") to gain deep, hands-on insights into operational bottlenecks and daily process pain points
• Translate complex business challenges directly into scalable, pragmatic automations and continuous workflow improvements that reduce manual effort
• You design, build, and maintain robust BI solutions, analytical tools, predictive models, and AI-driven applications to empower data-based decision-making
• Serve as a key technical business partner between Inventory Management and analytics teams, defining data requirements and leading successful change management initiatives

Your profile

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in business analytics, process improvement, or data analysis, ideally within an E-Commerce or Retail environment
• Proven track record of designing and building automated workflows (preferably using platforms like n8n, Python, or SQL) to streamline operational processes
• You possess advanced SQL skills coupled with intermediate proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau
• Practical understanding of modern AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation frameworks (Python knowledge is a welcome plus)
• German language skills at a B2 level or higher are beneficial
• You exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, empathy, and strong communication capabilities, matched with a proactive, results-oriented drive to take ownership
