• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Illustration skills for logos, icons, and concepts.
• Experience with or interest in AI tools and new media styles.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with marketing teams.

• You create engaging visual assets, including banners, print materials, icons, and graphics, primarily for social media and marketing campaigns
• You leverage AI tools to creatively support and optimize your daily design workflows.
• You organize your tasks independently, utilizing our Jira ticketing system to manage assignments provided by our team leads
• You push the visual style of home24 forward by continuously proposing solutions and improvements with an understanding of design and market trends
• You collaborate closely and openly with the Marketing Brand team in weekly JFs and regular team meetings
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Art or related field or a comparable qualification
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• You possess creative potential in conceptualization, realization and adaptation
• You are highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and possess strong illustrative skills , After Effects is a plus
• You possess illustration skills for the creation of logos, icons and graphic concepts
• You have a passion for learning and developing new skills
• You are detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• You are a highly creative, open-minded team player with excellent self-organization skills
• You speak English fluently; German skills are a nice-to-have
• Additional experience in AI Tools like Magnific or Runway etc. , animation, or print is a plus
