About this Position

What you’ll do

• Support the Adhesive Technologies’ Board member in strategy development, strategic projects, presentations, and ad hoc requests
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects with diverse stakeholders across the organization
• Conduct analyses and conceptual work to support strategic decision-making
• Design and prepare presentations, and briefing materials for internal meetings, conferences, and external engagements
• Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests and special initiatives from the leadership team
• Work in a dynamic team to drive strategic topics

• Master degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of relevant work experience, thereof min. 2 years in corporate strategy orstrategy consulting
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, ability to manage a variety of internal stakeholders
• Team player with high level of motivation, determination to achieve results, and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English language skills
