• You prepare and process INVOIC messages and analyze and manage billing processes
• You ensure timely invoicing and perform checks and plausibility validations of billing data
• You independently handle invoice disputes and any resulting clearing cases
• You analyze and resolve INVOIC errors in day-to-day operations
• You are responsible for processing and monitoring all market communication processes according to WiM and GPKE
• You manage electronic data exchange with market partners
• You coordinate the resolution of rejected processes with market partners
• You serve as a point of contact for our market partners via email and phone
• You optimize system and process issues and develop sustainable solution proposals

Requirements

• You have relevant professional experience in the energy sector — further training as an Energiefachwirt (energy specialist) or a degree is a plus but not required
• Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge of supplier switching (GPKE) or metering point operation (WiM)
• You are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy diving into complex cases to solve them
• You think outside the box and are eager to question and improve existing processes
• You have very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
• You are solution‑oriented, enjoy trying new approaches, and are confident making decisions
• Customer service experience is a plus
