As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll take ownership of qualified customer opportunities and work closely with Sales throughout the sales cycle to design compelling technical and commercial solutions. You'll combine warehouse expertise, data analysis and software integration knowledge to develop solutions tailored to each customer's operations, from initial concept and layout through to interfaces, implementation considerations and handover. At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics, ideally within solutions engineering, warehouse automation or intralogistics.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes, material flows and warehouse systems.
Experience designing technical solutions based on complex customer requirements, including layouts and performance considerations.
Experience with WMS, WCS, WES or comparable logistics software, with the ability to understand and define interfaces between different systems.
A solid understanding of IT security considerations within integrated technical solutions.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other layout-design tools and process-mapping software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn logistics and operational data into practical solutions.
Professional fluency in English.
German language skills are a strong advantage, particularly for customer negotiations.
Customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
Previous B2B sales-engineering experience in intralogistics is a strong plus.
A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach, with the autonomy to manage multiple priorities and contribute beyond your immediate projects.
Willingness to travel and collaborate closely with customers and colleagues.
