Apaleo is the world’s most open, API-first property management platform powering hospitality tech. We build modular, scalable services in Docker containers to enable hoteliers to tailor their stack with AI-powered features.

As a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) you’ll implement core services, drive scalable architecture, and work with Kafka, AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes and PostgreSQL in a remote Germany-based team. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in .NET backend development and cloud/container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Implement core services for the platform in .NET 10 that runs in Docker containers.
• Develop features from DB to the APIs.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of the codebase.
• Proactively monitoring the services in production and spotting potential issues.
• Care about the quality of produced code by covering it with unit and e2e tests.
