Responsibilities

• Shape how our partners experience Aroundhome — from intuitive end‑user interfaces to backend processes and internal tools that empower the Sales team to manage partner relationships and billing efficiently.
• Play a leading role in designing, building, and evolving web‑based applications with a strong focus on backend.
• Contribute to modernizing our architecture, assess and implement new technologies and features, and help shape our technical direction.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering colleagues, taking initiative and driving overall team exchange to deliver features that solve real pain points of our users.
• Mentor teammates through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing, contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle — from testing to go‑live. Implement and improve observability best practices and actionable alerting.
• Care about long‑term stability and maintainability, knowing that development does not end after the release.
• Champion quality and maintainability through clean, test‑driven code and continuous improvement.
