1st Formations is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social channels across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will own day-to-day content, drive a refreshed social strategy, and push creative boundaries to engage entrepreneurs from idea to scalable business.

The role requires 8+ years of social media experience, strong TikTok know-how, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while presenting or interviewing when needed.

The Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Manager to help shape and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. As we revamp our social strategy, you'll take ownership of our day-to-day channels - creating engaging, social-first content that informs, inspires, and supports entrepreneurs on their journey from ideas to thriving business.

This isn't a typical B2B role. We're not looking for TikToks about HMRC filing deadlines, but for someone who can push creative boundaries, bring fresh ideas to the table, and make business content genuinely engaging.

Key Responsibilities
