1st Formations is seeking a Head of SEO to lead and scale our organic growth across digital platforms. You will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, boost visibility, drive qualified traffic, and increase conversions while mentoring a Technical SEO specialist.

You will collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams, report insights to the CEO, and guide SEO budgets and priorities.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of SEO to lead and scale our organic growth efforts. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that boosts visibility, drives qualified traffic, and increases conversions across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a Technical SEO specialist, and ensure best practices are embedded into all aspects of site and content development.
