JOIN OUR TEAM

As (Senior) SEO Manager you will take ownership of our organic growth strategy across international markets. With a strong focus on both technical and content-driven SEO you will work cross-functionally to boost visibility traffic and long-term performance across key search channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data experimentation and collaboration and is ready to shape the future of SEO at Westwing. The position is limited to two year s and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• lead and execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to drive sustainable organic growth across international markets
• manage and optimise technical SEO aspects including indexing crawlability internal linking and site architecture
• monitor SEO performance across channels identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategies
• collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as content product tech and marketing to embed SEO into wider business objectives
• stay ahead of SEO and ecommerce search trends algorithm updates and best practices to maintain competitive positioning

YOU COME WITH

• 3 years of proven experience in SEO ideally within an ecommerce environment with expertise across technical on-page and off-page optimisation
• hands-on experience with key SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console Screaming Frog Ahrefs Sistrix and Google Analytics or GA4
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a creative mindset and a track record of taking SEO projects from strategy to execution
• excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• fluency in English; Dutch and / or German is a plus
