Zusammenfassung

Wandelbots GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft für anspruchsvolle Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekte in der Halbleiterindustrie. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen, erstellen Spezifikationen und koordinieren internationale Teams über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.

Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Halbleiterbranche mit, beherrschen Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagement und kommunizieren sicher auf Englisch und Deutsch. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote-Optionen werden geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen (Industrieingenieurwesen, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik).
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Halbleiterindustrie, idealerweise Wafer-/Panel-Chuck.
• Nachweis führender internationaler Entwicklungs- und Produktprojekte bis Markteinführung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktentwicklung.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und Deutsch mindestens B2; Kundemenschen mit OEMs/Japan-Beziehungen von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Sie leiten anspruchsvolle Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekte in der Halbleiterindustrie vom Anforderungen bis zum Abschluss.
• Gemeinsam mit Kunden technische Spezifikationen entwickeln, Arbeitspakete definieren und Anforderungen sichern.
• Sie koordinieren internationale, funktionsübergreifende Teams, planen Ressourcen, Termine, Kosten und Qualität.
• Sie strukturieren komplexe technische Anforderungen und unterstützen die Einführung neuer Lösungen in die Produktion.
• Als Ansprechpartner vertreten Sie das Projekt gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern, erstellen Statusberichte und steuern Entscheidungen.

Jobbeschreibung

Your new responsibilities:

• You will lead challenging client and development projects in the semiconductor industry, from requirements gathering through to successful project completion
• Together with our clients, you will develop technical specifications, define work packages, and ensure that requirements are met throughout the entire project lifecycle
• You will coordinate international and cross-functional project teams, plan resources, and manage deadlines, costs, and quality.
• You will structure complex technical requirements and technology processes, oversee their implementation, and support the introduction of new solutions into production.
• As the primary point of contact, you will represent the project to clients and stakeholders, prepare status reports, and ensure well-informed decisions are made throughout the project.

What you ideally bring to the table:

• You have a degree in engineering, such as industrial engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
• You have at least five years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in the wafer chuck or panel chuck field
• You have successfully led international development and product projects and guided them through to market launch
• You are thoroughly familiar with project management, quality management, and product development processes
• You interact confidently with customers; experience with OEMs in the semiconductor sector and with Japanese business partners in general is a plus
• You independently analyze technical issues and find practical, constructive, or electrical engineering solutions}}b
• You work independently, with dedication, and are results- and quality-oriented
• You communicate complex issues clearly and effectively, and you impress with your conflict-resolution skills, negotiating skills, and assertiveness
• You have very good English skills (C1) and good German skills (at least B2)
