Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a security engineering leader to design, implement, and operate cloud-native security platforms at production scale. You will drive Terraform IaC standards, CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions, and mentor a team of engineers across incident response, threat engineering, and GRC.

Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential to translate threats into secure engineering roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on experience in security engineering or related field, including cloud-native security platforms at production scale.
• Security architecture experience in AWS, OCI, or Aliyun with multi-account environments and cross-region/CN considerations.
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing and maintaining secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, PAM, WAF, SOAR, and vulnerability management.
• Mentoring engineers and leading technical design decisions.
• Advanced scripting and software development skills (e.g., Python).
• Experience building production services, APIs, and cronjobs on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Experience with Agile and/or DevOps.
• Experience driving improvements to team processes.

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of security platforms and services
• Own and evolve Terraform Infrastructure as Code standards and GitHub Actions CI/CD practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship through design reviews, code reviews, and secure engineering guidance
• Drive integration, tuning, and lifecycle management of core security tooling
• Partner with Incident Response, Threat Engineering, and GRC to translate threats, incidents, and compliance requirements into engineering solutions and roadmap priorities
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices to improve velocity, code quality, and test coverage
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for security tooling incidents
• Drive resilience improvements through capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and runbook development
• Represent Security Engineering in architecture reviews and cross-functional technical forums
• Deliver production-ready systems on time and within budget while upholding engineering and security standards
