In this senior role, you will help safeguard sensitive client assets, intellectual property, and internal systems while ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure technical operations. You will work closely with artists, engineers, and production teams to strengthen infrastructure, streamline workflows, and introduce automation that improves operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to protecting project data, supporting distributed teams, and enabling creative and technical professionals to deliver high-quality projects. You will have the opportunity to shape security standards, optimize cloud and endpoint environments, and drive continuous improvements across the studio. This is a long-term opportunity offering flexible working arrangements and meaningful ownership of infrastructure and security initiatives within a collaborative, international environment.

Accountabilities
  • IT Infrastructure and Operations: Maintain, administer, and continuously improve IT infrastructure, including workstations, networks, cloud services, and remote collaboration environments. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions that enhance reliability and performance.
  • Identity and Access Management: Manage user identities, access permissions, device policies, and endpoint security across the organization. Oversee secure onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring appropriate access throughout the employee lifecycle.

Identify vulnerabilities, assess operational risks, support security audits, and contribute to compliance initiatives and continuous improvement of security standards.
  • DevOps and Automation: Streamline IT operations through scripting, automation, and infrastructure management practices. Support development teams by maintaining secure build environments, source control systems, and CI/CD workflows where required.

  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain clear technical documentation, establish consistent operational procedures, and proactively identify opportunities to improve security, service delivery, and internal workflows.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, security operations, DevOps, or a closely related technical field.
  • Security Expertise: Strong understanding of information security principles, identity and access management, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment, and secure infrastructure practices.
  • Enterprise IT Administration: Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, or equivalent enterprise identity and device management environments.
  • Operating Systems and Remote Support: Experience managing Windows-based workstations and supporting distributed or remote teams across different locations.
  • Networking and Resilience: Practical knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, backup systems, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures.
  • Scripting and Automation: Experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting technologies to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cloud and Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud infrastructure, secure system administration, infrastructure monitoring, and reliable operational practices.
  • Problem-Solving and Ownership: Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, investigate complex issues, and implement practical, dependable solutions.
  • Communication and Documentation: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Additional skills that would be an advantage:
