Senior SAP Project Manager – Global S/4HANA Rollout (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global SAP S/4HANA rollout projects with a focus on logistics and supply chain processes

• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams throughout the project lifecycle (planning, execution, go-live, and hypercare)

• Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives and technical implementation

• Define project scopes, timelines, resources, and deliverables

• Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards

• Oversee system integration, data migration, testing strategies, and change management activities

• Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA

• Provide guidance on logistics modules (e.g. SAP MM, SD, EWM, TM) within the overall SAP architecture

• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business departments, and external implementation partners

• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation post-rollout

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable qualification

• 4+ years of SAP project management experience, including leadership of global SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Ideally Strong background in SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, TM)

• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation or rollout projects

• Excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes within a global industrial environment

• Solid knowledge of Project managementmethodology and project governance structures

• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus

• High level of organisational, analytical, and communication skills

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
